Game Design Manager (TCG)

Location: Hybrid in Roseville, Minnesota, United States

Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the TCG Design + Development team, including daily tasks, project assignments, bandwidth, coaching, and career development.
• Track progress across TCG game design and development projects, milestones, and deliverables.
• Playtest and review TCG products to maintain quality and ensure milestones are met.
• Improve internal and external playtesting procedures, training, and development processes.
• Communicate team needs and initiatives across Organized Play, Marketing, Licensing, Art, Graphic Design, Production, and other groups.
• Maintain relationships with licensors, partners, and freelancers.

Requirements

• Leadership and management experience, with three to five years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Experience in tabletop game design and development; trading card game experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCG game design and development processes.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Trading card game experience.
