What you will do

• Serve as the senior RF and radar subject matter expert for complex foreign air defense and weapon system analyses.
• Lead all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis of current and future weapon systems.
• Develop and apply radar system and subsystem models and simulations to assess performance and aircraft survivability.
• Advise U.S. acquisition programs and government stakeholders on technical risks, capabilities, and analytical findings.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical, hardware, foreign materiel exploitation, and multinational programs.
• Prepare technical reports, briefings, training, and conference materials for senior government, defense, and operational audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in RF engineering, radar systems, weapon system analysis, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in radar systems and subsystems and complex foreign air defense or weapon systems.
• Experience with all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis, modeling and simulation, and aircraft survivability problems.
• Experience providing technical leadership and advice to Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, acquisition, test and evaluation, or operational organizations.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and ability to satisfy the counterintelligence polygraph requirement.

Nice to have

• More than 25 years of experience in radar, RF, scientific and technical intelligence, or foreign weapon system analysis.
• Experience advising major aircraft acquisition or advanced and special access programs.
• Experience leading international intelligence exchanges, allied technical collaboration, or large technical conferences.
• Experience designing and teaching radar courses and mentoring engineers and analysts.
