GIS Supervisor (GIS)

Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia; hybrid work model with in-person Day 1 onboarding required at an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and coordinate workload for the Perth GIS team.
• Implement regional GIS initiatives and shape GIS strategy and bidding approaches.
• Develop 3D geospatial environments for complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Integrate GIS, CAD, and BIM through automated workflows using FME and Python.
• Coordinate with digital delivery, information management, BIM, CAD, and platform leads to support interoperable data workflows.
• Manage GIS projects end to end while maintaining delivery standards, data governance, QA/QC, and assurance.

Requirements

• Deep experience with ESRI Desktop, Enterprise, Portal/Server, and ArcGIS Online.
• Proven experience deploying Field Maps, Survey123, and Experience Builder in online and offline environments.
• Strong spatial data management, analysis, cartography, and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on automation experience with FME and Python.
• Ability to explain complex spatial concepts to non-spatial stakeholders through clear written and visual storytelling.
• Experience in engineering, state government, or local government is highly regarded; tertiary qualifications in GIS, spatial systems, computer science, or a related discipline are preferred.

• Experience with AI-enabled spatial intelligence.
• Exposure to environmental, planning, and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with Revizto, ProjectWise, ACC, or 12d Synergy.
