Marketing & Communications Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; approximately 15% travel required

Salary: $94,000–$106,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead integrated communications strategies supporting product innovation, operational initiatives, and organizational growth.
• Translate complex product, AI, clinical workflow, and technology concepts into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Partner with senior leaders and product, clinical, technology, and operations teams on executive messaging, product announcements, presentations, and strategic communications.
• Develop content, communication plans, toolkits, and launch materials for product releases, workflow changes, technology adoption, and organizational initiatives.
• Use AI-enabled tools, engagement data, and stakeholder feedback to improve content, planning, message testing, and rollout effectiveness while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant communications experience.
• Experience supporting product launches, software releases, workflow changes, technology adoption, or complex change communications.
• Ability to communicate technical, clinical, and operational information clearly to diverse audiences and senior leaders.
• Strategic thinking, executive presence, strong written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Approximately 15% travel is required.
