What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing and corporate communications initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, manage approvals, and coordinate distribution through appropriate channels.
• Manage award programs, media interviews, speaking opportunities, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Develop executive social media strategies, content calendars, messaging, and promotional materials.
• Analyze media coverage and social performance using dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis.
• Maintain newsroom and digital communications assets while improving editorial workflows and project plans.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, corporate communications, social media, or a related function.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, advanced copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing press releases and media materials, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to use artificial intelligence tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with PR distribution platforms, media databases, marketing automation, or social media management platforms.
• Experience supporting executive communications, thought leadership, editorial calendars, and content workflows.
• Experience in banking technology or financial services.
