Senior C# Engineer (Autonomous Software)

Salary: $68,911–$161,544 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and maintenance of advanced autonomous software platform features.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient, scalable C# code following industry best practices.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through testing and deployment.
• Integrate autonomous software with advanced hardware components and optimize autonomous operations.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure functionality, performance, reliability, and coding-standard compliance.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineers while mentoring junior and mid-level team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including significant experience in senior or leadership roles.
• Expert proficiency in C# and experience architecting, developing, and maintaining complex software applications.
• Extensive experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, project leadership, and collaboration skills.
