Senior Product Manager (Marketplace-Listing & Selection) (AI/LLMs)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for a major Marketplace Listing & Selection problem space.
• Make it easier for sellers to bring valuable new products to hirify.global.
• Improve the accuracy and completeness of product information at scale.
• Use data, automation, and AI/LLMs to solve complex listing and product-understanding problems.
• Identify selection gaps and build scalable mechanisms to close them.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data/ML, Business, and Operations from problem definition through scaled adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management or equivalent product ownership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous and complex problem spaces.
• Ability to influence and lead across multiple teams.
• Strong customer instincts and the ability to translate insights into simple product solutions.

Nice to have

• Marketplace, e-commerce, AI/ML, or platform experience.
