What you will do
- Set the strategy for the application layer by identifying target users, workflows, and product opportunities.
- Conduct customer discovery, rapid prototyping, and market testing to find focused application wedges.
- Build and launch AI-native video applications for non-technical users on top of core models, agent harnesses, and shared infrastructure.
- Own activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and customer value after launch.
- Define application-specific evaluations, quality, trust, latency, cost, reliability, and human-review thresholds.
- Recruit and lead a lean team while partnering with Design, Research, Engineering, Product, Commercial, Revenue, and Partnerships.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience across product and product leadership roles.
- Experience shipping and growing products from zero to meaningful adoption.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex technology into focused user experiences.
- Technical fluency in architecture, model behavior, latency, evaluation, reliability, privacy, rights constraints, and cost tradeoffs.
- Experience with product-led growth, activation, retention, distribution, or monetization.
- Ability to recruit strong early teams, work directly with users and data, and resolve cross-functional tradeoffs.
Nice to have
- Experience at early- to mid-stage software companies.
- Background as a product leader, product growth leader, product engineering leader, founder, or early startup leader.
