T Hub - DevOps Engineer (DIH project)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office presence required once per quarter

hirify.global operates within the T-Systems International AI and Data Business Unit, developing the Telekom Data Intelligence Hub and other data-space solutions using open-source technologies and reference architectures.

What you will do

• Set up CI/CD pipelines for multilanguage, microservice-based applications.
• Create deployment scripts and Kubernetes-native applications using Helm Charts and GitOps.
• Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code and establish Kubernetes platforms for multi-cloud and on-premises use cases.
• Implement policy as code to meet security and data privacy requirements.
• Create monitoring solutions, support test automation, and release and deploy applications to production.
• Provide zero-downtime releases and third-level incident support while working with cross-functional Agile teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Experience maintaining and deploying Kubernetes in managed and unmanaged cloud and on-premises environments, including AKS, EKS, or GKE.
• Experience with public clouds such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or OTC, and with multi-cluster, multi-cloud Kubernetes administration.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, distributed cluster monitoring, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitOps tools, Helm, Kubernetes policy as code, CNI plugins, monitoring stacks, and build and packaging tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required; willingness to travel nationally and internationally is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rancher, Crossplane, Kyverno, and related Kubernetes management or control-plane tools.
• German language skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent IT experience.
