Associate Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year plus benefits and possible incentive plans.

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for hirify.global products through phone and email.
• Analyze symptoms, diagnose root causes, and implement troubleshooting solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain and improve knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.
• Identify recurring issue trends and recommend preventive improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused role and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical topics clearly.
• Understanding of internet fundamentals, network routing, and email delivery.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple customer cases, and maintain a professional customer-centric approach.
• IT industry and customer experience are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience administering and supporting Active Directory, Azure, or Google Directory.
