Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Security and Data Systems

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid role with in-person onboarding and travel to the Toronto, Canada, office during the first week

Salary: $147,000–$202,400 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity, bonus, and benefits

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure for security SaaS offerings.
• Build and operate tooling for large-scale Snowflake data systems.
• Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and incident response.
• Embed security and compliance practices across infrastructure and data platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotations, respond to critical incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with development, data science, and security teams on architecture, best practices, and new services.

Requirements

• Strong production-level coding skills for solving complex operational challenges.
• Deep experience with Terraform for infrastructure and service provisioning.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and Spinnaker release pipelines.
• Expertise with container technologies and production Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with Flyway or similar database schema migration tools and direct experience with Snowflake.
• Availability for in-person onboarding and travel to the Toronto office during the first week of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML applications such as AIOps and predictive analysis.
