Site Reliability Engineer - Enterprise Technology (Kubernetes)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: USD 200,000–250,000 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and manage internal productivity systems, including directory services and AI tools.
• Operate infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Maintain system availability, reliability, and performance across the Enterprise Technology stack.
• Develop monitoring solutions that detect and help resolve issues proactively.
• Promote effective engineering practices across the Enterprise Technology organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and strong expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, and observability.
• Experience managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
• Expertise with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools, including Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
• Experience building and operating services on AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
