Sr. Analyst 1 - Software Engineering

What you will do

• Write, test, and debug software, including complex and critical components.
• Collaborate on requirements, software design, specifications, and code reviews.
• Investigate technical challenges and propose solutions using relevant technologies and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Provide domain expertise and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language and development methodology.
• Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software development practices and strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications or training.
