Senior Product Manager (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Own a high-impact product domain and shape the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, and promotions.
• Drive activation, retention, and long-term engagement through onboarding, streaks, quests, progression systems, and reactivation flows.
• Evaluate growth opportunities across product development, market expansion, partnerships, and distribution.
• Define hypotheses, design A/B tests, interpret results, and make data-driven product decisions.
• Partner with Data, Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, Fraud, and Leadership to deliver product improvements.
• Represent the product domain to leadership using data, customer insights, and business context.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience owning consumer products at scale, with hundreds of thousands of monthly active users or more.
• Background in mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, fintech, or other high-growth B2C businesses.
• Experience designing incentive, reward, or progression mechanics while balancing user motivation and profitability.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, product metrics, and evidence-based prioritization.
• Ability to combine product strategy with hands-on execution, including writing specifications, refining solutions, and driving delivery.
