Operations Advisor (Finance)

What you will do

• Process dividends and interest on stocks and bonds.
• Process mandatory events across a variety of operational systems.
• Monitor production workflows, process performance, and business impact.
• Resolve exceptions and escalated process issues as a point of escalation.
• Drive operational improvements and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, standard operating procedures, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
