Contract Manager (Legal)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite five days per week. Exceptional candidates may be considered for remote work.

Salary: $40–$50 per hour on W2.

What you will do

• Review, negotiate, and draft Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, vendor and purchase agreements, proposals, and contract templates.
• Conduct legal analysis to support compliance and mitigate contractual risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Manage a high volume of contracts while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Oversee contract management processes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Professional experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts.
• Strong legal analysis and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to manage a large contract volume under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas, five days per week, unless approved for an exceptional remote arrangement.
