Site Manager (X-ray Inspection)

What you will do

• Coordinate field teams, Reclaim Specialists, production, logistics, and warehouse operations to fulfill customer contracts.
• Schedule resources for in-house and mobile inspection applications and translate regional strategy into measurable action plans.
• Manage X-ray cabinet asset deployment and maintain inspection equipment for immediate dispatch and reduced downtime.
• Lead customer relationships, act as an escalation point, and serve as the primary inspection officer for key accounts.
• Demonstrate X-ray detection technologies, inspection processes, and data traceability at customer sites and in-house.
• Coordinate with local channel partners and drive process improvements that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams toward ambitious performance targets with an adaptive, coaching-oriented leadership style.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize customer needs, and work effectively under tight time constraints.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Simultask imaging software, cloud storage, specialized applications, and data transfer.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, distribution systems, Eagle PI, and Simultask imaging software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer focus, attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
• Formal electronics training or equivalent professional experience; a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology is preferred.
