Agentic AI Automation Developer (AI)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; Friday work location is flexible.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI- and automation-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Develop agentic AI capabilities including agents, tool calling, orchestration, prompt workflows, context handling, retrieval patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Integrate APIs, backend services, automation workflows, enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services into end-to-end solutions.
• Prototype and iteratively improve AI and automation approaches, moving use cases from concept to production.
• Create reusable components, templates, connectors, and technical assets that accelerate future delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and governance activities while applying secure and reliable engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, automation, application development, or related technical roles.
• Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience building software applications or automation solutions, including APIs, backend services, integrations, workflows, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with databases, data integrations, system interfaces, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-enabled applications with LLMs, agents, orchestration frameworks, retrieval workflows, or tool-calling patterns.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, context engineering, memory patterns, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of security, testing, observability, and supportability practices for production software.
• Experience building reusable frameworks, accelerators, or shared technical components.
• Experience in a global enterprise or matrixed delivery environment.
