Production Support Engineer (Cloud)

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per month

What you will do

• Support and operate production IT environments and software systems.
• Work with public cloud environments including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes with Ansible and Terraform.
• Use Linux platforms, command-line tools, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Work with continuous integration tools including Jenkins, Travis, or Concourse.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or software engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a cloud provider.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Ansible and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, scripting, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
