What you will do

• Develop and coordinate exercise documents, briefings, and planning materials.
• Attend and coordinate exercise planning conferences, events, working groups, and operational planning teams.
• Coordinate Command and Control exercise systems requirements and scheduling.
• Plan Base Operating Support Infrastructure requirements and AMC asset beddown for exercises.
• Prepare force briefings, oversee Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data, and support exercise execution through the AMC Exercise Control Group and Exercise Response Cell.
• Produce after-action responses and lessons-learned documentation, while supporting exercise assessments, funding documents, and JTIMS administration.

Requirements

• Top Secret security clearance and eligibility for SCI.
• At least 10 years of air mobility operations experience.
• At least 3 years of exercise development, planning, and execution experience.
• Experience leading Base Operating Support and site survey coordination teams.
• Experience organizing and leading operational planning teams, working groups, and conferences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience coordinating logistical and sustainment requirements with joint services, allies, and partners.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of developing and analyzing TPFDD for oversight management.
• Air Mobility Aircrew or Logistics Readiness, Contingency, and Wartime Planner experience.
• USAF Weapons School, CATS/MECOC, Headquarters AMC, 618th Air Operations Center, TACC, or joint training and exercises staff experience.
