Senior Data Engineer

Location: Remote in Mexico; Guadalajara, Mexico

Clari and hirify.global are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System for enterprise revenue teams.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and services for analytics and business intelligence.
• Develop data flows and applications for machine learning, analytics, and third-party data integrations.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deploy models and analytical solutions.
• Write, test, review, and ship production code.
• Enhance data infrastructure that supports internal reporting and strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, including performance optimization and efficient data warehousing.
• Experience building scalable, tested transformation layers with dbt.
• Experience managing data pipelines with Airflow and ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Estuary.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Gemini Enterprise, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong Git workflow experience in Agile environments and familiarity with Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and analytics tools or reporting workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM data in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, REST APIs, Postman, or Databricks.
• Exposure to machine learning, AI, or data science frameworks.
