What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based web properties, including custom themes and plugins.
• Build responsive landing pages and campaign sections in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams.
• Optimize site performance, focusing on page speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices.
• Manage WordPress configuration, security hardening, and plugin updates.
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
• Maintain clean, documented code and collaborate asynchronously with a remote-first team.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 5+ years of professional web development experience with a strong focus on WordPress.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress VIP hosting, deployment workflows, and code standards.
• Experience with page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working with B2B tech or cybersecurity companies.
• Familiarity with headless WordPress or REST API integrations.
