Cloud Application Production Support (Cloud)

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, 2–3 times per week

What you will do

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud application environments running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Develop Python and Bash automation scripts for operational tasks and incident response.
• Configure and maintain CI pipelines with Jenkins, Travis-CI, or Concourse.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads in production.
• Support applications across IBM Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud application production support.
• Strong Linux and CLI administration skills, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Practical experience with Python or Bash, CI pipelines, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting production applications in IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills for complex production incidents.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit required.
