Senior Graphic Designer (Marketing)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Chicago, Seattle, Portland, or Denver preferred).

Salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design high-quality visual solutions for digital and print, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Partner with creative directors and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative work.
• Lead projects from initial concept through final production, ensuring exceptional attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain brand systems, templates, and creative standards.
• Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and articulate creative rationale.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of professional design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and brand systems.
• Ability to translate loose briefs into smart, production-ready design solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Nice to have

• Agency or in-house creative experience.
• Experience with PowerPoint design and executive/client decks.
• Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, Lottie, GIF).
• Illustration or icon system development skills.
