Senior Graphic Designer (Figma)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; candidates within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global office must work onsite at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $95,000–$119,000 per year

What you will do

• Create scalable, interactive multi-page digital publications, responsive campaign assets, and event touchpoints aligned with hirify.global brand templates.
• Maintain and improve Figma templates, auto-layout assemblies, and interactive UI component libraries.
• Explore modern design tools, maintain template quality, and integrate AI productivity workflows.
• Collaborate with design peers and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-converting campaign collateral.
• Apply vector-first standards and help improve design quality and workflow efficiency across the creative team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital marketing environments; B2B software experience is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Figma auto-layout, interactive components, responsive constraints, templates, and developer handoff.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for complex image editing and vector illustration.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end campaign execution across web, mobile, and digital publication formats.
• Experience using AI applications such as Claude, Figma AI, or Gemini for ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise digital asset management workflows, including Brandfolder or similar repositories.
• Ability to create bespoke digital vector illustrations and editorial assets.
• Experience with UI motion design, Lottie export workflows, or micro-animations using After Effects or Figma.
