Senior Safety Coordinator

What you will do

• Handle a high volume of client calls and coordinate requests, safety resources, reports, inspections, and correspondence.
• Maintain Safety Services activities, client assignments, task notifications, and records in RMIS, CRM systems, and AIMS.
• Generate, analyze, format, finalize, and distribute workers’ compensation, employee, loss, and safety reports.
• Support OSHA log and recordkeeping requests, calculate incident rates, and complete contractor questionnaires.
• Coordinate safety equipment, webinars, training rosters, newsletters, outreach registrations, and other departmental projects.
• Customize safety program materials for clients and assist with training new Safety Coordinators.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three to five years of customer service or administrative experience required.
• Ability to work with RMIS, CRM systems, spreadsheets, word-processing tools, and proprietary software.
• Ability to support client reporting, OSHA recordkeeping, safety documentation, and regulatory requirements.
