Senior Regional Safety Manager

Location: On-site at hirify.global's Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; travel to North American locations required.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage safety programs, policies, and procedures for an assigned region.
• Set annual safety goals, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a team of Safety personnel.
• Conduct warehouse safety audits and site visits to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Coordinate follow-up on safety requests and implement network-wide safety projects with Corporate Safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of warehouse safety program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Availability to travel to hirify.global's North American locations.
• All positions are on-site.
