Transportation Manager (f/m/x) (Logistics)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work from the Alexanderplatz office with flexible remote-office arrangements. Remote work from almost anywhere is available for up to 2 months per year.

International parcel delivery platform connecting e-commerce companies with carrier networks to support cross-border shipping across Europe.

What you will do

• Plan, control, and monitor daily first-mile transport deployments across Europe.
• Own carrier portfolio performance and drive delivery-quality KPIs, including punctuality and equipment availability.
• Coordinate volumes, capacities, and delivery schedules with internal teams, carriers, and external partners.
• Procure and negotiate ad-hoc transport capacity during volume spikes.
• Maintain accurate data in the transport management system.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve first-mile transport processes.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or transport operations at a logistics company.
• German at B2 level or above and business-fluent English.
• Proactive, ownership-driven working style with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics operations is beneficial.
