What you will do

• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales performance reporting in consultation with the Sales Performance Manager and senior management.
• Provide data deliverables and analysis for commercial banking sales teams and sales productivity initiatives.
• Analyze sales activity and opportunities across Salesforce, internal production and billing systems, and other platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Process incentives and support incentive-related activities.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic reporting and analytics efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience applying data visualization techniques to internal and external data sources.
• Ability to produce accurate, actionable analyses and collaborate with cross-functional commercial banking teams.
• Experience creating self-service dashboards that help business partners access and interpret data, metrics, and KPIs.

Nice to have

• Experience processing incentive plans for a business line or segment.
• Ability to document function lineage through job aids or guides.
