What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational development program across data, modeling, analytics, and business functions.
• Apply quantitative and business analytics to support portfolio management, risk management, capital decisions, and business strategy.
• Work with data management, portfolio analytics, balance sheet modeling, decision science, marketing analytics, business operations, fraud, and AML teams.
• Use analytical and modeling tools including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, AWS, Apache Hadoop, and generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Support business activities, internal projects, customer interactions, and problem resolution under supervision.
• Build professional connections through mentoring, job shadowing, formal learning, and collaboration with experienced professionals and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Must work in the office in Pittsburgh, PA or Tysons, VA; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, business, or another field with demonstrated interest in analytics.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Experience with data analysis, preferably using AI, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant analytical skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, communication, adaptability, and self-directed development skills.
