What you will do

• Work with borrowers to understand their homebuying needs and deliver a smooth loan experience.
• Communicate loan status, respond to inquiries, and address borrower concerns by phone and email.
• Analyze borrower information to assess loan feasibility and pre-approval potential.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify financial information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal efforts, resolve application issues, and support timely loan processing.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available products while managing social media presence and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Mortgage experience.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
• Self-motivation, initiative, competitive drive, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn company and industry guidelines and manage numbers accurately.
• Business calls may be recorded and reviewed using AI-assisted technology for coaching, quality assurance, compliance, training, and performance evaluation.
