Digital Advertising Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Annual base salary: $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Optimize paid advertising campaigns for retail customers and monitor budget pacing.
• Support Customer Success Managers with onboarding strategies, campaign creation, ad copy, and budget updates.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that improve conversions and ROI.
• Provide troubleshooting and performance feedback for digital advertising issues.
• Train Customer Success Managers and clients on dashboard capabilities, optimization methods, and bidding techniques.
• Collaborate with Product by sharing recurring customer concerns and platform feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the automotive, SaaS, and advertising space.
• 2+ years of experience with advertising technology platforms.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, and GA4; Google Ads certification is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present on camera in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, a positive approach, and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
