Social Media Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Manage daily operations and execution across social media channels.
• Develop social media strategies, content calendars, creative posts, visuals, and videos.
• Build and engage the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Organize and host Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community gatherings.
• Monitor social media metrics, identify trends, and refine campaigns using analytics.
• Track Web3 and AI trends to develop innovative community strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, including crypto marketing.
• Experience with channel management, content creation, copywriting, and community engagement.
• Experience creating X/Twitter posts focused on crypto topics.
• Advanced knowledge of social media publishing tools, project management tools, major social channels, and social analytics.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong creative writing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences, especially when hosting Twitter Spaces.
