What you will do

• Lead daily operations and execution across hirify.global’s social media channels.
• Develop social media strategies, content calendars, creative posts, visuals, and videos aligned with the brand voice.
• Build and engage the online community by responding to comments and messages and interacting with followers.
• Organize and host Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community gatherings.
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media metrics to identify trends and refine strategies.
• Track Web3 and AI trends to develop innovative community strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, including crypto marketing experience.
• Experience with social media marketing, channel management, content creation, copywriting, and community engagement.
• Experience creating X/Twitter posts about specific crypto topics.
• Advanced knowledge of social media publishing tools, project management tools, major social channels such as X, Discord, and YouTube, and social analytics.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Proficient creative writing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills, especially for hosting Twitter Spaces and similar events.
