What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept and design through execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Create content for email, push notifications, web, social media, and other digital channels.
• Design and optimize campaigns focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends, report key metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Develop creative solutions and support broader marketing initiatives in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working at a crypto exchange or in a related crypto application or decentralized exchange environment.
• Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong content creation skills across email, web, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
