Program Analyst

Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid schedule with on-site work required 1–2 days per week.

Targeted compensation: CAD 30/hour. Compensation range: CAD 25.70–44.55/hour.

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day operations of multiple energy-efficiency programs.
• Coordinate customer communications, appointments, follow-ups, and technician site visits.
• Track program data, schedules, inventory, returns, and key performance metrics.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist with invoicing, data reconciliation, energy kit programs, and general administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, technicians, and customers while managing priorities independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• Entry-level profile with 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates with transferable skills are welcome.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables, plus PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and comfort working with data.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a small team, adapt to changing priorities, and manage ambiguity.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship or immigration support. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-focused programs.
