What you will do

• Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives to design scalable Finance system solutions.
• Optimize ERP data models and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives and reviewing technical deliverables.
• Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement best-practice ERP solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT.
• Deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
• Proven experience in enterprise integrations and solution architecture.
• English: Proficiency required for confident communication across international teams.
