Portfolio Analyst

Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future work visa sponsorship.

Salary: $64,491.00–$105,949.50 annual base pay, with potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

• Support centralized portfolio solutions, model portfolios, portfolio rebalances, tactical asset allocation shifts, and strategic investment changes.
• Maintain portfolio management and trading system databases, model constituents, portfolio exposures, and implementation data.
• Monitor model adoption, asset ownership, strategy implementation, and model eligibility across client accounts.
• Analyze potential capital gain and loss impacts and execute account-level transactions when required.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports, gather data, conduct directed investment analysis, and document investment working group decisions.
• Improve portfolio management technology, reporting workflows, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Series 65 license required, or the ability to pass the Series 65 examination within three months of hire.
• Knowledge of investment markets, portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment research concepts.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Current authorization to work for any employer in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with portfolio accounting, trust accounting, trading, or investment management systems.
• Experience with Orion Eclipse and related portfolio management platforms.
• Interest in investment research, portfolio construction, and institutional portfolio management.
