Location: Remote

Base salary: $55,000–$95,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate cash pickups with armored courier services across assigned accounts and locations.
• Balance and reconcile daily cash transactions, investigate discrepancies, and monitor smart safe deposits against expected totals.
• Act as a primary contact for customers and courier partners regarding pickup schedules, cash handling procedures, account questions, delays, and service issues.
• Support smart safe implementation, customer onboarding, training, troubleshooting, installation logistics, and ongoing reporting.
• Assist banking back-office operations with accurate and timely transaction posting.
• Maintain confidential records, escalate compliance concerns, and support process improvements in accordance with cannabis banking regulations and internal controls.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in cash handling, cash operations, banking operations, or a related field.
• Strong reconciliation, numerical accuracy, organization, and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and courier partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with banking or transaction posting systems is useful.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to pass required background checks under applicable state cannabis banking and compliance regulations.
