Strategic Communication Manager, Business Partnering (AI)

hirify.global is a large international media business creating print, digital, audio, broadcasting, podcast, and entertainment content across Europe.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver strategic internal communications supporting business priorities across Technology, Legal, M&A, and Communications.
• Translate complex strategies and central initiatives into clear, compelling communications for internal audiences.
• Plan, source, and produce content for the Group communications editorial calendar.
• Create content for town halls, leadership updates, and other internal communications activities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lines of business leads, and subject matter experts.
• Identify communication risks and use data-driven insight and feedback to refine messaging and channels.

Requirements

• Experience developing, managing, and implementing engaging communications plans in global companies.
• Experience partnering within large, complex, global matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies, with experience applying AI in a corporate environment.
• Excellent writing, editorial, strategic planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to synthesise complex business information into simple, compelling language and manage multiple deadlines.
• Native or native-level English and a degree or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• German or additional language skills.
• Understanding of print, digital, audio, advertising, and social media communications.
