What you will do
- Refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for broker AI product lines with the founders.
- Drive product execution from concept through launch in partnership with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- Scale marketplace products for carriers and brokers and deliver measurable business results.
- Establish standards for scoping, prioritization, launching, and learning as the product and team grow.
Requirements
- History of building high-impact, category-defining products.
- Experience scaling products from 1 to 10 while operating effectively in ambiguity.
- Experience working with data in an AI-first environment and asking the right analytical questions.
- Experience working directly with customers, scaling adoption, and guiding change management.
- Strong systems thinking, customer instincts, and a data-informed approach.
- Founder mindset, high ownership, and a strong product quality bar.
