What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage resume screening, initial interviews, assessments, reference checks, and background screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities while maintaining a clear and timely candidate experience.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and team integration.
• Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements to talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and confidentiality skills.
• Availability for 0–10% travel; benefits eligible.
