What you will do

• Support senior Account Managers in managing complex insurance client relationships and retaining existing client assets under management.
• Coordinate firm resources to onboard new accounts and mandates while improving operational efficiency.
• Manage portfolio events, guideline compliance, client deliverables, reporting, and presentation development.
• Act as a portfolio-management representative in client communications about portfolios and market updates.
• Prepare and present customized analyses covering asset allocation, attribution, and model portfolios.
• Contribute to insurance thought leadership, client-specific investment events, and cross-selling of hirify.global products, especially private credit.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, capital markets, consulting, actuarial work, rating agencies, or insurance.
• Strong mathematical, quantitative, analytical, project management, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Expertise in public and private asset classes, with fixed income as a core foundation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex insurance, market, and portfolio concepts.
• Four-year college degree with a strong academic record; preferred fields include finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
• FINRA licenses 7, 63, and 3, or willingness to acquire licenses as needed.

Nice to have

• Insurance industry knowledge and understanding of the insurance regulatory framework.
• MBA or quantitative master’s degree.
• Progress toward CFA, CAIA, FSA, or FRM credentials.
