Corporate CM/DM Manager (Security Clearance)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain configuration management documentation, processes, plans, and procedures for hardware and software.
• Create company standards for configuration control, change management, baselines, and audits.
• Coordinate with Engineering on hardware drawing and software build releases.
• Enforce configuration management policies and ensure projects and programs follow company processes.
• Analyze and resolve configuration issues, communicate discrepancies to management, and approve justified deviations from standards.
• Coordinate system configuration activities, manage program CM managers, and implement audit recommendations and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; alternatively, eight years of professional configuration and data management experience.
• At least one year of configuration or change management experience in software development for DoD simulation and training systems.
• Knowledge and experience with CMMI and ISO 9001.
• Eligibility for a security clearance is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, organization, documentation, and computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
