Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $201,000–$237,000 cash range, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s AI pillar narrative, roadmap story, messaging, and positioning end to end.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to understand capabilities, influence roadmap sequencing, and translate technical work into market-ready narratives.
• Develop cohesive AI messaging across Compliance, Risk, and Proof contexts for field, analyst, press, and customer audiences.
• Plan and execute AI product launches, including launch measurement and process optimization.
• Drive Sales and Customer Success enablement with messaging, objection handling, and proof points.
• Represent the AI narrative at hirify.globalCon, analyst briefings, customer advisory conversations, customer-facing events, and press engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally owning a full product pillar or product line.
• Demonstrated ability to build narrative and positioning from scratch and partner directly with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Experience planning and executing large product launches, developing GTM strategy, and measuring launch performance.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working understanding of modern AI products, LLMs, model capabilities, and common architecture patterns.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing an AI-native or AI-adjacent product.
• Experience with security or technical products.
• Experience owning a keynote-level narrative for a company event.
• Technical or brand/narrative background, such as technical product management, solutions engineering, or technical writing.
