Engineering Operations Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: 100% onsite at the Acton headquarters in Massachusetts, United States; approximately 10% travel.

Salary: $20.23–$30.34 annual base salary, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate restocking with procurement.
• Organize engineering laboratories, tools, materials, and workspaces using 5S principles.
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Support preventive maintenance and calibration of engineering equipment.
• Coordinate equipment deployment and relocation logistics.
• Promote workplace safety, PPE use, cleanliness, and accurate procedural documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree/vocational technical diploma with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, inventory management, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with engineering equipment, including laboratory instruments and testing devices.
• Basic technical problem-solving skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, and technical documentation.
• Basic understanding of Android and iOS operating systems and interest in AI tools such as Copilot and Rovo.
• Ability to work onsite at the Acton headquarters and follow workplace safety protocols.
