What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship growth through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and internal and external partnerships.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a qualifying military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, banking, sales, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, investments, consumer lending, and business lending.
