Sales Quality Analyst

What you will do

• Own call quality across the Pre-Sales team by auditing customer conversations for communication, customer experience, and sales effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in language, tone, listening, empathy, probing, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing.
• Coach associates through structured one-to-one feedback, group coaching, and targeted interventions.
• Analyze recurring quality trends and convert audit insights into training, process, script, and sales capability improvements.
• Improve scorecards, run calibration sessions, track feedback adoption, and measure progress through re-audits.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in Customer Success, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, or another customer-facing team.
• Ability to evaluate customer conversations and identify weaknesses in communication, discovery, product knowledge, and objection handling.
• Strong spoken and written English, with a sharp ear for tone, clarity, fluency, and nuance.
• Ability to provide direct, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Ability to identify recurring patterns and turn them into coaching, process, or training improvements.
