Change Manager-Project Leader (Nuclear)

Location: Belfort, France; resident 5 days per week

What you will do

• Prepare, issue, and maintain the project Change Management Plan in line with valid work instructions and client requirements.
• Liaise with clients on change management processes and promote the company’s standard approach.
• Implement change management plans and procedures across product lines and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Ensure complete impact analyses, Change Request documentation, and stakeholder identification.
• Drive Change Request assessments, define action items, and analyze opportunities to minimize impacts.
• Assess the need for proposed changes, provide decision-making information to project leadership, and approve or reject Change Requests.

Requirements

• Knowledge of IAEA TECDOC-1335 and IAEA SSR-65 configuration management standards for nuclear power plants.
• Knowledge of ISO 10007 and ISO 19443:2018; ISO 19443 applies when involved in nuclear projects.
• Fluent English required.
• Resident work schedule: 5 days per week in Belfort, France.
• Full-time availability for a 12-month mission starting 02/11/2026.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience with configuration management software such as SPF, DOORS Next Generation, or Enovia.
• Hands-on experience specifying IT tool development for change management.
