Senior Brand & Marketing Designer

Location: New York, United States

Salary: Approximately $130,000 base salary per year, plus equity and a full benefits package.

What you will do

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, web, and print.
• Partner with marketing and content teams to create cohesive visual storytelling aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across visual communications.
• Design marketing materials that communicate key messages while preserving brand integrity.
• Use data and industry trends to inform creative decisions and strengthen brand impact.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies on large-scale projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in brand design, preferably at a technology company or startup.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital and print design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong web design skills and understanding of responsive design principles.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications, with strong communication and presentation skills.
