Digital Product Analyst II

Location: Hybrid in Birmingham, AL; Charlotte, NC; or Atlanta, GA

What you will do

• Support product management, product owners, technology teams, and business partners as a subject matter expert for designated digital products and applications.
• Analyze product, application, and system issues; validate functionality, categorize defects, and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into features, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Create and maintain process flows, product documentation, feature details, workflows, and user guides.
• Perform UAT for initiatives, defect remediation, enhancements, and releases while supporting the full development lifecycle.
• Assist with sprint management, defect prioritization, OKR analysis, product demos, quarterly business reviews, and value-stream reporting.

Requirements

• Experience performing product, application, or system analysis and identifying potential solutions.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into features, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and Agile team practices.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing, defect evaluation, and prioritization of remediation work.
• Ability to create and maintain system documentation, workflows, process flows, and user guides.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Birmingham, Charlotte, or Atlanta.
